You can enter the villa through a common entrance, from where you can enter the part of the house dedicated to wellness (approx. 200m2) or the living area (approx. 400m2).

Wellness is located in the lower part and includes a swimming pool (10x5m), a dressing room, a room for massages and a fitness room.

The residential part comprises four modern, stylishly furnished apartments. All apartments are in soothing pastel colors.
